Welcome to Dark Horse Distance Project.  We understand that training has it's challenges that are unique and complex to all individuals.  As a fully certified coach formerly at the NCAA level working with All-Americans, Sub 4 Milers to assisting high school programs, we are here to help you find your full potential.  At the Dark Horse Distance Project we are committed to individualizing training programs that entail: mileage, workouts, stretching routines, weight lifting programs, drills,  as well as help in all areas that impact training.  Our flexible and detailed programs are designed to help you reach your goals!

We work with a wide variety of athletes from High School, Collegiate to anyone just looking to improve on their road race times.  Feel free to reach out with any questions!

Learn More About Me

For years I have been helping athletes break through their personal bests.  I've worked with some of the best athletes in the country to kids hoping to earn a scholarship as well as the regular runner hoping to earn a PB at their next road race.  I believe that in running you are in control of how good you become if you are able to stay healthy and consistent.  I'm starting this platform to branch out and help a larger group of individuals who are passionate about bettering themselves.
